Where to buy Floki Inu? This is a new cryptocurrency meme coin that is named after Elon Musk’s dog. I am expecting big things from this so thought that I would share a post for anyone interested to learn more.
Now, I am not Elon Musk’s biggest fan. I don’t really care too much for his dog either but this has got my attention. In fact, even though I didn’t know about Floki till recently (when I did my 2 posts about the metaverse) I definitely felt inspired to find out more about this new cryptocurrency/metaverse gaming token.
I’d heard of Shiba Inu the crypto – the DOGECOIN spin-off prior to this but not actually Floki the Dog or Floki Inu.
So, I know I am not Elon’s Number 1 fan. I’ve said this but I know both DOGECOIN and SHIBA INU have done incredibly well so this new coin Floki Inu has definitely got me interested!
I am serious Dogecoin and Shiba have absolutely smashed it. If you missed out on them this might be the next best thing.
The advertisement that is currently happening for Floki and is about to happen in the near future I have heard big things about. A lot of money is being spent and a lot of people soon will likely know about this new coin.
It’s probably not good for mankind. Elon Musk and the metaverse in one sentence spells trouble but unfortunately guys I believe this is just too good an opportunity (investment wise) to miss.
So with this in mind, if you would like to know where to buy Floki Inu here are 4 CEX’s you should check out.
Where To Buy Floki Inu? (TOC)
Now, just a few quick words; Floki Inu at the time of writing this is still quite new (the original release was August 2021). Since then it has already caused a stir in the news already. In my country (England) there have been adverts on the side of buses and on the London underground etc. that has upset a few consumer review platforms and government agencies.
Not sure why but organisations such as Watchdog (I kid you not) which is a TV show about apparently investigative journalism have called Floki Inu’s adverts unethical. It is laughable really. For this reason, it has been all over the news.
Honestly, If I was the creator of Floki Inu and I had all this free press I would love it. I mean seriously how many people that haven’t seen the billboards etc. now know about Floki Inu?
Surely, and because of this, it must be right in the back of people’s minds even more at the moment.
Like Where To Buy Floki Inu?
Honestly, It’s a bit of a pain right now as it isn’t on any of the crypto exchanges which I use (as of now) but I am going to look into this for anyone reading this right now. I’m actually going to buy some Floki myself whilst I write this article.
I will get to this part soon but just to quickly summarise…
How Doge and Shiba have BOTH Smashed It?
Let’s start with Dogecoin. This is the biggest joke of a currency ever. Bitcoin, Monero and Ethereum are great in their own right (kind of). They all have something about them but Dogecoin is just (I don’t know) a cool dog picture? Kind of a p*ss take out of the whole crypto market really but people who bought it and held on to have done incredibly well.
If you had bought Dogecoin prior to January (2021) and held to its all-time high (ATH) in May you would have seen an increase from around $0.002 to $0.70. You could buy 1000 coins basically for $2. If you held on to these 1000 coins till May 2021 when DOGE reached its ATH of $0.70 you could have made $700 back from $2.00 USD!
Now as for Shiba Inu it’s a bit different.
Again Shiba Inu If you bought it at the right time you would have got a very good deal if you sold it a few months later on.
For $2 you could have bought 100 million coins and here is my working out.
$0.00000002 x 100000000
$0.00008845 x 100000000
= $8845 US$
Honestly, this is just frankly unbelievable. Could you have really bought it for this price? It still looks like it could go higher as well so who knows? Shiba has not even reached $0.01 yet – if it will but still it does make you wonder if Floki Inu could do the same? It’s not a Privacy Coin but it’s about to sell like hotcakes I reckon.
It is being advertised all across Europe and apparently in South America as well. There is a TV campaign about to happen in the USA (December 2021) and there is also the planned Valhalla Metaverse game.
Seriously, if Valhalla becomes more popular than Floki Inu (as its active currency) could go higher than both DOGE and Shiba Inus all-time high (ATH). Simply because these are not gaming tokens and for the first time one of these dog-inspired currencies will actually have some kind of use.
So big things could be happening.
Floki has had decent gains already but if I am right there is a lot more to come. (as of November 2021)
Also, as Floki has not really made it on to the bigger crypto exchanges yet (such as Coinbase, Binance etc.) and with its advertising campaigns still underway these could be further factors that skyrocket its value.
So, with this in mind, if you are interested in buying Floki Inu according to my research here is where you can invest…
So, the first Crypto Exchange you can use is…
Buy Floki Inu from Gate.io
If you haven’t heard of Gate.io this is a mobile-based Crypto-to-Crypto exchange.
It is based in China and has been around since 2013.
To trade on Gate.io you will need to deposit with Crypto but Floki Inu can be bought here with another 180+ Coins.
The downside though is the UX (user experience) is pretty poor and the site is fairly complicated to use according to some reviews. They basically say it is not for beginners that are new to the Crypto markets.
Also Gate.io is not a DEX (descentralized exchange) so can not be used in the U.S.
Although Gate Technology Inc. the owners of Gate.io are planning to release Gatechain which is a DEX soon.
EXCHANGE FEES: 0.2% on all purchases
If you are interested though as a means to buy Floki Inu…
Now, thankfully this is not the only CEX you can buy Floki Inu from.
ii.) Buy Floki Inu from FMFW.io
Recently this website was known as Bitcoin.com Exchange and was established back in September 2019.
Its new name (as of September 2021) FMFW.io is an abbreviation for “Free the Money, Free the World”.
One advantage of FMFW is you can deposit Fiat and thus use this to buy Crypto.
One disadvantage of FMFW.io is that it is not a DEX (Decentralised Exchange).
For this reason, FMFW.io is not available in the US because of its tax laws.
EXCHANGE FEES: 0.000051 Withdrawal Fee • 0.50% Taker Fee • 0.50% Maker Fee
Over 150 Supported Cryptos including Floki Inu
iii.) Buy Floki Inu from Pancake Swap (V2)
Another website where to buy Floki Inu is Pankake Swap. If you have never heard of Pancake Swap this is a DEX based on the Binance Smart Chain that came out in 2020. As well as Floki Inu Pankake Swap can be used to purchase some 180+ different Crypto Assets Plus NFTs.
It is a DEX (Decentralized Exchange) as well. Which means there are no restrictions based on location. As a result, if you are based in the US here is one place you can access to purchase Floki Inu.
One problem that does present itself is you will need a crypto wallet to uses Pankake Swap.
Compatible Wallets include;
- Trust Wallet
- Math Wallet
- Token Pocket
- Wallet Connect
- Binance Chain Wallet
EXCHANGE FEES: 0.001957 Withdrawal Fee • 0.20% Taker Fee • 0.20% Maker Fee
iv.) Buy Floki Inu Uniswap (V3)
My last featured pick to buy Floki Inu from is UniSwap. UniSwap is another DEX and liquidity pool built on the ethereum blockchain. It supports all Ethereum ERC-20 based tokens. It is like PancakeSwap but as it is Ethereum based the fees can be very high. I don’t personally understand this part – something to do with gas prices [R].
Anyhow, like PancakeSwap you will need to connect UniSwap with one of the following wallets.
- Coinbase Wallet
I think Metamask is probably a good one definitely very simple to get but WallectConnect also allows you to connect several others. Although looking at WalletConnect it does seem to be a tad bit confusing.
EXCHANGE FEES: Uniswap charges a flat 0.30% fee for each trade that takes place on the platform and automatically sends it to its liquidity reserve.
Other CEX’s That Sell Floki Inu
Currently, upon my research I have only found 7 different places to buy Floki Inu including the 4 above.
There has been a petition via Reddit to get Floki Inu on RobinHood – that is probably only a matter of time.
If you know any others please let me know in the comments section.
My Verdict – Best Place To Buy
For me I haved decided to set up a metamask wallet and use Pancake Swap. UniSwap looks very interesting because you you can buy quite a few metaverse gaming tokens such as Axie Infinity and Sandbox but there isn’t the gas limit on PS.
So yes you need a link to get Floki Inu on Pancake Swap. You are also limited but which coins you can purchase with.
You will need to first need to acquire one of the following Cryptos;
- Pancake Swap Token
- Or One of the Others including Alpaca, Belt etc.
Add any of these to your Metamask Wallet or alternative and it should very simple from here on.
Where to Store Your Floki Inu
You should find once you have purchased your Floki Inu keeping it inside your Metamask Wallet is reletavily safe. As long as no one gets your wallet code. Alternatively one good idea might be to invest in a hardware wallet.
Both Trezor and Ledger are the 2 to check out. If you would like to find out more check the banner below.
